Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations can only be accepted before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds: Refunds are accepted upon the return of the item. The item must be returned in its original condition. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Sale items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or swaps due to limited or clearance stock.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping:
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
